LEGAL NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TOWN OF LAFAYETTE

Sealed quotes/proposals will be received by the Town of LaFayette, at the Town Clerk’s Office, 2577 US Route 11, P.O. Box 193, LaFayette, NY 13084, until June 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM, for the following project:
RON BUSH COMMUNITY & SENIOR CENTER IMPROVEMENTS

(Adjacent to Dollar General)
The work includes, but is not limited to, interior and exterior painting of the facility, along with minor drywall repair and selective trim and siding replacement.

The Town of LaFayette reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to reject any or all bids.
